

Amy Goodson, MS, RD, CSSD, LD is a registered dietitian and consultant in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with an emphasis in overall health, wellness, and sports nutrition. She has over nineteen years of experience and has worked with Ben Hogan Sports Medicine, the Dallas Cowboys, the Texas Rangers and their minor league affiliates, Texas Christian University Athletics, FC Dallas Soccer, the NBA G League, the Alliance of American Football League, many PGA Tour players, as well as with many middle school, high school, and endurance athletes. She also works with the everyday exercising population to improve health and wellness.Â
In collaboration with Texas Beef Council, she is the creator of the Sports Nutrition Game Plan, a free sports nutrition program for Texas high schools. She also consults for Catalyst Training Lab where she provides international education and training for dietitians in five Middle Eastern countries. She also speaks at a variety of nutrition, athletic training, and coaching conferences in addition to providing health and nutrition presentations to various businesses and companies.
Amy is the author of The Sports Nutrition Playbook, a play-by-play on sports nutrition for athletes, parents, coaches and trainers. Its portable, flipbook size is perfect for a gym bag or weight room. She is also the co-author of Swim, Bike, Run – Eat, a sports nutrition book for triathletes and the nutrition contributor to retired NFL player Donald Driver’s book, The 3-D Body Revolution. Amy is a media spokesperson with over 1600 media placements in a variety of media outlets locally and nationally and is the owner Amy Goodson RD Courses, a business providing education resources and courses to help dietetic students, interns, registered dietitians, and performance professionals in the area of sports nutrition.
Amy received her Bachelor of Science in speech communications from Texas Christian University and Master of Science in exercise and sports nutrition from Texas Woman’s University. She is also a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and adjunct professor at TWU.


​​Kayla Bensen, RD, LD, is a Registered Dietitian based in Northern California. She graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality, Meetings, and Events. Kayla began working as an event planner for three years before pivoting careers and pursuing her true passion, nutrition. Kayla would return to her alma mater to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition before embarking on an entrepreneurship-focused dietetic internship. With a mind and passion for project management, business, and marketing, Kayla began working for Amy as an intern before later joining her team. Kayla enjoys staying active, from running to skiing; she also loves being in the kitchen, where she can enjoy time with her family, friends, and puppy, Mogli.

Addie Quinn, RDN, LD is a registered dietitian in Boca Raton, Florida and received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from The University of Arkansas. She has had experience working with the sports nutrition team for the Philadelphia Eagles and the University of Oklahoma athletic department. After completing a fellowship program at the University of Maryland, Addie was recruited as the Director of Football Performance Nutrition at Florida Atlantic University. Addie has experience creating nutrition protocols, recipes, travel meals, nutrition education, and managing the day-to-day nutrition needs of college athletes.


Emily Holden, MS, RDN, LDN is a registered dietitian in Colorado Springs, CO. She holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Science and Nutrition, coupled with a combined Dietetic Internship and Master’s in Sports and Exercise Nutrition. She specializes in tailoring dietary strategies to foster athletic excellence and overall health. Her foundational training in nutrition was significantly enriched with practical experience whereby she assisted collegiate gymnasts, artistic swimmers, and stunt athletes in reaching their performance goals through nutritional strategies. As a practicing Registered Dietitian, Emily is dedicated to consulting with clients to achieve their health and nutritional goals, leveraging a deep understanding of how diet influences physical performance, recovery, and overall well being. Her passion for education and my background as a CrossFit coach and athlete, group fitness instructor and personal trainer allow her to offer holistic, science-based guidance that promotes optimal health and peak athletic performance.


Katlin Stanley, MS, RDN, LD is a registered dietitian in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She has received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Texas Woman’s University and Master of Science in Nutrition from Lamar University. Katlin has a passion for sports nutrition, gut health, and hormone health with the approach of whole foods first and creating sustainable habits. She has experience working with a variety of athletes, as well as the general population to improve overall health and wellness. Katlin loves creating and sharing nutritious recipes to show eating healthy can be fun and delicious!


Kristina Martinez MS, RD, CSSD, LD is a Registered Dietitian based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas. She graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Health, Nutrition, & Fitness & from Benedictine University with a Masters of Science in Nutrition & Wellness. She has 8 years of experience working in collegiate athletics at the University of Virginia, Rutgers University, East Carolina University, University of Arkansas, and currently at the University of North Texas. She has worked with numerous athletes including football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, tennis, swimming/diving, and more.Â
At East Carolina University, Kristina started their first ever sports nutrition program from the ground up. During her time at the University of Arkansas, she helped fuel the Men’s Basketball team to Elite Eight and Sweet Sixteen appearances. She has also been fortunate enough to serve on the nutrition team for football bowl appearances, baseball conference and College World Series tournaments, and basketball NIT Tournament runs.Â
Kristina enjoys working with a variety of athletes but especially finds football, basketball, and eating disorders to be the most rewarding. She especially appreciates being able to follow her athletes over a number of years to see all the progress and growth that can be made from nutrition interventions.


Lauren Capello, MS, RD, CSSD, LD is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics based in Houston, TX. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin and went on to complete her Master’s of Science in Sport Nutrition at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS).
During her graduate education, Lauren provided nutritional counseling through UCCS’s Recreation and Wellness Center to the student population including recreation, club level, and NCAA student athletes. On top of her work there, she worked with the Team V Senior Dietitian at the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) to provide sport nutrition services to combat and acrobatic sports.
Lauren moved to Houston, Texas and continued her work as a dietitian at Eating Recovery Center, providing Medical Nutrition Therapy to patients at the Intensive Outpatient level of eating disorder treatment. After gaining valuable experience there, Lauren continues her work as a dietitian at the University of Houston Athletics working with Football, Volleyball, Track & Field, Cross Country, and Swim and Dive teams on a day to day basis ensuring they are fueled to perform.Â


Lauren Thomas is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics based in Washington, DC. Lauren has over a decade worth of experience in the world of sports nutrition, providing comprehensive nutrition therapy and individualized dietary planning to enhance optimal performance for athletes. Lauren has been working as a Tactical Performance Dietitian within the Special Operations community as part of a greater integrated Human Performance team since 2017. Prior to her time in Washington DC, she worked as a Sports Dietitian for University of Georgia Athletics, and as an NYC based Sports Nutrition Consultant supporting athletes of all ages and levels. Lauren received her Master of Science in Nutrition Education from Teachers College, Columbia University and her undergraduate degree in psychology and education from Bucknell University. A lifelong athlete, Lauren grew up as a competitive gymnast, competed as a Division 1 Springboard Diver, and is currently an avid distance runner and triathlete. Lauren is The Sports Nutrition Playbook Marathon Program Coach and works with endurance athletes of all levels to maximize training and recovery.


Lily is originally from St. Louis, MO and has always been passionate about food and health. She first became interested in nutrition as a D1 collegiate swimmer--always looking for ways to fuel her performance optimally to set herself apart from the competition. It then became an even more important part of her life when she was diagnosed with PCOS and Celiac disease. Learning to manage these two diagnoses simultaneously was challenging and solidified her desire to guide others through this process.
As someone who still swims on a weekly basis, Lily loves working with swimmers and other aquatic athletes. She has spent most of her time in collegiate athletics working with football players, but has worked with almost every Olympic sport as well, including baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis, volleyball, and even golf! Working with athletes who are both passionate about their sport and eager to learn about using nutrition to enhance their competitive advantage makes being a sports dietitian even more rewarding to Lily.


Paige Wilson, MPH, RDN, LD is a registered dietitian based in Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Georgia (2017-2021), where she had also spent four years working extensively with their football team.Â
She attended UTHealth in Houston to obtain her Master of Public Health and complete her dietetic internship (2021-2023). As a dietetic intern, Paige spent time working with student-athletes at Rice University.Â
After graduating with her MPH and obtaining her registered dietitian credential, Paige practiced medical nutrition therapy as a clinical dietitian at UT Southwestern Medical Center fine-tuning her clinical skills to bring them into a sports atmosphere.


Petra Rack, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN is a dedicated Performance Dietitian who joined Northwestern Athletics through Levy Restaurants in June 2021. She spent six years in the Lone Star State, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics (2018) and her Master's degree in Kinesiology (2020) from Texas Christian University.
As a graduate student, Petra served as the Research Dietitian for TCU's Kinesiology department. She also interned with the United States Olympic Committee-Combat & Acrobat Sports, TCU Athletics, and The Packers Football Organization.
Petra is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian (RD, LD) and Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). She is a member of the Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitians Association (CPSDA) and serves as a dietetic internship preceptor, mentoring and providing practical training to aspiring RDs.
A firm believer in the power of positive nutrition, Petra's goal is to influence behavior change and raise awareness of the impact of healthy eating habits.


Rachel Voet is a Sport Dietitian with eight years in the collegiate sport setting. Rachel currently lives in Lincoln, NE and works as a Sport Dietitian with FLIK Athletics at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln (UNL), where she assists in management and operation of the Training Table and collaborates with Nebraska’s Performance Nutrition staff on menu development, food allergy consultation and nutrition education.Â
Prior to her role at UNL in July 2023, Rachel spent three and a half years in Ames, IA serving as the Director of Sport Nutrition for Football at Iowa State University (ISU). As the first full-time football dietitian at ISU, Rachel managed all fueling related components for football student-athletes, coaches and staff. In spring and summer of 2022, Rachel provided nutrition support for Olympic Sports and met one-on-one with women’s soccer, volleyball, cross country, track and field, swimming, women’s gymnastics and women’s basketball student-athletes. She has ample experience collaborating with and provide professional consultation to athletics administration, coaching staff, sports medicine, and strength and conditioning coaches to help maximize the potential of each student athlete from a nutrition standpoint.
Rachel completed her Dietetic Internship at UNL in August 2018 and started working as a Sport Dietitian at UNL September 2018 - December 2019. During her first stint at Nebraska, she worked primarily with football, men’s and women’s tennis, wrestling and women’s soccer. Rachel received her BS and MS in Dietetics and Kinesiology from ISU in 2017.
Originally from Omaha, NE, Rachel and her husband, Josh have two sons, Oliver (3) and Theodore (1). A marathoner and lifelong athlete herself, Rachel spends her free time running, playing with her kids, coaching group fitness classes or reading a new book (because rest and recovery is just as important as training). Rachel loves sharing the power of nutrition with all athletes from the high school level to the weekend warrior and everyone in-between.


Rose Donnelly is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sport Dietetics. She is passionate about helping athletes and exercisers optimize their performance through straightforward nutrition strategies and sustainable behavior change. Her expertise lies in meeting athletes where they are at, focusing on long-term habits that support both athletic goals and overall well being.
Rose has spent the past 5 years working primarily with collegiate (ACC) and professional (MiLB, NWSL and USL) athletes where she designed custom nutrition strategies to optimize training, game day performance, and recovery.
